Today, the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center held a workshop titled "Energy Efficiency in the Kingdom and the Importance of Rationalizing Energy Consumption" at the Jubail Industrial College. The workshop was attended by a number of college officials, faculty members, and students. The workshop aimed to introduce the center's role in developing human capacity, the importance of improving energy consumption, and raising awareness of the behaviors necessary to rationalize consumption.

The workshop reviewed the center's efforts to enhance energy efficiency and production in the Kingdom, and provided practical advice and effective practices to reduce excess consumption and promote environmental sustainability. A discussion was also opened regarding the challenges facing energy conservation efforts in the current context and ways to collaborate in the future with the college and other educational institutions in this field.
